It may take a while to get to the truth of what happened between Martin and Zimmerman, but it's not hard to see that Spike Lee was being deliberately malicious and promoting vigilante justice. Pretty ironic considering that one of the main accusations against Zimmerman was that he was an unhinged vigilante.
