Government Should Defend Our Principles

I would love to read or hear one person in authority say, with regard to Nakoula Basseley Nakoula's Innocence of Muslims video, "It is not the policy of the U.S. government to either endorse or condemn the private speech of its citizens. The protection of freedom of speech is a fundamental responsibility of the U.S. government and a founding principle of our nation. The speech most in need of such protection is often the most controversial."
